В статье представлен обзор современных направлений применения искусственного интеллекта в архитектурном проектировании и инженерии в условиях цифровой трансформации строительной отрасли. Рассмотрены ключевые технологии, включая генеративный искусственный интеллект (Generative AI), большие языковые модели (Large Language Models, LLM), информационное моделирование зданий (Building Information Modeling, BIM), цифровые двойники (Digital Twins) и компьютерное зрение (Computer Vision). Особое внимание уделено генеративному дизайну как инновационному подходу к разработке и многокритериальной оптимизации архитектурных и инженерных решений.
