annadavison/human-bear-conflict-radar: Publication (version 2.0)

Anna M. Davison

This is version 2 of the Human-Bear Conflict Radar: a digital twin for monitoring and forecasting human-bear conflict in the Central Balkan National Park, Bulgaria. Following review, recommendations from reviewers included further validation analyses for the conflict risk and bear dispersal models. These are now detailed in the ConflictRiskModel.R and BearDispersalModel.R files. This lead to relatively small changes in the resulting models which were then updated in the bearDT-lib.R and DTapp.R files as well as the dynamic_conflict_model.rds file.
